On the few occassions when we've lost power, it's fun to go back to the "good old days" of board games, family conversations, and reading. Nothing wrong with a little break from Facebook, Netflix, and texting :)
Exactly why we try to escape to the wilderness to camp or to our cabin which has no internet or cell service. Like being on another planet. A wonderful planet at that!
There is life beyond all the gizmo's, gadgets that have taken over much of our daily life. Time to re-prioritize and get back to family and basics.
How about a wonderful backyard BBQ this weekend with family and friends and no gadgets? I just wonder how many of us could do that......
It figures this would be in the big city. Guess all have their own thing.
OH MY. What is a social media addict to do? So what did you do my IN DENIAL ADDICT? LOL While I love AR and my friends here. I have many other non computer things to do. Swimming is a big one, gardening, jigsaw puzzles, woodworking, reading the list goes on.
I only do AR religiously, for I have many other interests also. Helping others is very high on our families list
