If a hint of history and character are desired, Palos Verdes Estates offers many Old Spanish beauties built in the 1920s and 30s in Malaga Cove. Enter at your own risk because they are heart stealers. The current price range available in Palos Verdes Estates is $1,050,000 (3 bedroom 2 bath starter) to $12,998,000 (a coastal compound).
If you fancy yourself an urban rancher, saddle up some Saturday morning in your house hunting gear and I'll give you a tour of Rolling Hills and Rollings Hills Estates. We're sure to see other fellow compatriots out on the riding trails and mucking out the stalls of their prized equine friends. Prices in these two cities range from $749,000 (a bank owned fixer) to $23,000,000 (need I say this is an estate to remember).
