That is really interesting. I am getting more and more Buyers that start looking with me in Southern MD and then end up looking in Annapolis MD, too! I've lived both places so it works great!
It was interesting to see a few names here, growing up around Annapolis. My brother-in-law work for a builder that built a few custom homes in Fishing Creek Farms, semi high-end I remember, going back some 15 years now.
Bret/Meredith ... thanks for the positive feedback. We have some very pricey neighborhoods and communities in Annapolis Maryland. But, buyers can find homes in all price ranges. Many of the most expensive homes are on the water, on the Chesapeake Bay or Severn River or South River.

Cheryl, Same here ... I have several buyers that started in Annapolis and are now looking South!!!
Winston, Annapolis is a pretty toney city now. There's lots more "high end" homes, especially because we've got great waterfront!
