No power in the DC Area means...

For Realtors, no electric in the DC Area means...

Genius Scan App on a smart phone can send a doc out since scanners, Internet, wi fi, faxes etc. are dead as door nails.

Panera , Starbucks, the main office are good stops to juice up mi fi, iPhone, and iPads.

iPhone works to crank out last localism Active Rain Contest Post.

Good thing flashlight app is loaded.

This is a little too much excitement for Riley Rover and me. 

Good thing I eat a lot of fruit and veggies because there will be a lot of freezer contents that will have to be thrown out!

I cannot wait  to shout out that our BGE power is back on track.

I watch this BGE Outage Progress Report Map Website like a hawk whenever I have JUICE!

My power just came back on after 22 hours.  Took two wifi trips one to Mikey D's and another to Wegmans.  Managed to get out the last of the 30 day challenge posts and now I can concentrate on the latest hyper-local posts for Bob.  Hope your power is back soon.

, I am so impressed that you drove to Panera to finish the challenge today since your power is out. My husband just told me that over 3 million people on the east coast do not have power due to the high winds and storms. So don't feel alone! Good luck and hope your power is restored very soon.

HI Cheryl, wow, I'm VERY impressed that you were able to do so much with NO power! I'm picturing everyone fighting for the electrical sockets to charge up their gadgets! I haven't watched the news lately..so haven't heard about all these storms. Hope your power comes back soon!

I just heard from clients in PA that are without power also.  Man, all Debbie did to us was heavy rain, but sounds like you folks got her much worse side.

We use to have lots of power outages when we lived in the Seattle area but now that we are back in CA where both my husband and I grew up, I can't think of a time.  The kids always loved them but me.... not so much!

Our power is back on but CenturyLink DSL is down at home so I am in my VERY HOT office in the early AM....UGH!

At least I had power and DirectTV for last night's NASCAR race!
