The Forest Townhomes in SW Roanoke County VA

_{The Forest Townhomes in SW Roanoke County VA is mainly comprised of one street, Morning Dove Road, located just one block from Chapparral Drive.  The Forest Townhomes is part of The Forest POA which is comprised of both Townhomes and Condos.  The two entities share a common pool but other than that they remain relatively separate. The Forest Townhomes are located within 1 mile of Woods Crossing Townhomes, Stonehenge Townhomes and Ruxton of Roanoke Townhomes.}

_{When pulling onto Morning Dove Road there are 10 building, five on each side of the road. The Townhomes on the right hand side are all 3 level units with 2 bedrooms on the upper level.  The kitchen, half bath, living room, dining area and a large closet are located on the main level.  The lower level is sometimes finished, sometimes not.  When the lower level is finished it usually has a rec room or a bedroom.  The lower levels usually always have the laundry located in them, some have no bathrooms, some a half bath and some a full bath.}

_{The upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms are a bit different.  Virtually all of the upstairs bedrooms have walk-in closets for both units. Some have a half bath for each with a shared Shower/Tub combo, often times referred to as a "Jack and Jill" bathroom.  Some have a private bathroom for both bedrooms.}

_{On the left hand side of the road all of the units have single car garages on the lower, entry level.  The kitchen, dining area, living room and half bath are on the second level and the 3 bedrooms are on the upper level. _{The Forest Townhomes is a closely knit community where most of the neighbors know and visit with each others, it is a community comprised in large part by dog lovers.  I have never seen so many people walking dogs in one community in my life!  Morning Dove is a dead end street so through traffic is not an issue for late night dog walks.}

The Forest Townhomes are very conveniently located less than 10 minutes to Lewis Gale Hospital, Carilion Clinic, or Downtown Roanoke VA.  The Forest Townhomes are located less than 5 minutes from Kroger, CVS, Dining, Walmart, Parks and more.
