Good morning Pamela,

Now this is a beautiful setting and one I would think draw many buyers age 55 or over. Sun City in Georgetown Texas has a Sun City and buyers purchasing (I have sold a couple over the years) are buying a life style. It's obvious the smaller single story plans are sought after....the buyers are smart sizing and don't want to care for those big house anymore!
