Homes Sold in May in Mountain Bridge Community.

The beautiful community of Mountain Bridge in Mesa found itself on the receiving end of some pretty great sales stats for the month of May. With a total of 10 home sales with an average of 80 days on the market, Mountain Bridge exemplified what it means to sell quality homes in a quality area. 

Of the homes sold in the month of May, the median price per square foot was $149.63. That's a pretty average figure compared to reports on the Mountain Bridge community in the recent months.

While these reports should be viewed as a trend and since all homes are unique and include factors that may affect value, it is safe to say that calling Mountain Bridge "home" would be on the top list of recommended communities in the Mesa area.
