With a total of 28 home sales with an average of 72 days on the market, Power Ranch exemplified what it means to sell quality homes in a quality area. 

Of the homes sold in the month of May, the median price per square foot was $92.60. That's a pretty average figure compared to reports on the Power Ranch community in the recent months.

While these reports should be viewed as a trend and since all homes are unique and include factors that may affect value, it is safe to say that calling Power Ranch "home" would be on the top list of recommended communities in the Gilbert area.
