It has a voluntary homeowners association, and is located at 27°4′14″N82°24′28″W / 27.07056°N 82.40778°W / , between US 41 and Bal Harbour Drive.Minutes to shopping, restaurants, banking, beaches & downtown.
There are 1850 homes in Venice Gardens which were built between 1957 and 2005; many of the homes have a lakefront.
