Market which was 13 more than same time last year. No change in the median price, however the average sale price fell 18.8 percent going from $337,452 last May to $309,591. Days on market fell by 3 day, and at the same time there was a 34 percent increase in the number of purchase offers, an indication of more market activity.

I'm glad there is more activity in the market place as that is always a good sign and glad that June is looking even stronger. It sounds like June was also a good month for here.

It's good to see things are picking up, they seem to be improving here in Colorado Springs also. Inventory levels are lower here as well.

Karen I try to provide information consumers can use, as you well know preparing the reports can be time consumer but well worth the time.
