No doubt the underlying issue truly falls into the legalease of the scenario. At times a bank can look demonized by their actions but truly its CYA in the event of a lawsuit. In other times it truly is nothing other than incompetence but bottom line is we can thank our endless barrage of sue happiness that has caused a lot of the BS hoops we both have to jump through. How do they say it a few bad apples spoils the whole bunch!
