Here is the weekly Real Estate Report for the Montrose area from Jun24th thtrough July 1st.

This week there have been 18 properties that sold and closed and 15 more that went under contract. Since it was the last week of the month there is always a bump up in the number of closings. There were probably one or 2 more that have not been posted as sold that will show up in next weeks report.

Also next week watch for the the first 6 months of the year numbers compared to the same time period for 2011 and 2010 this will give you a good look at the market trend.
