Motivational Power Quote
Fear is False Evidence Appearing Real
“You can conquer almost any fear if you will only
make up your mind to do so. For remember,
fear doesn’t exist anywhere except in your mind.”
Dale Carnegie 1888 – 1955, American self-help author and speaker
As I see it . . . . . . .
Fear is false evidence appealing real
Fear can paralyze you into inaction, keep you up at night and if the fear is not addressed they take over your life.
By addressing your fear you will find that they are not as bad as you thought they were. Fears that are addressed can be removed from your thinking; fears that are left unattended will fester and in most cases become worst and more problematic.
Your fears exist in your mind and one of the best ways to remove them is to address them and to change your thinking about the fear. Look your fear straight in the eye and as you’re looking at them imagine the fear getting smaller and smaller until they become the size of pebble.
You will change the way you look at your fear, when it’s the size of a pebble. You won’t see it unless you’re looking for it, you can pick it up and throw it away, you can walk around it or you can step on it and crush it.
Fear is false evidence appearing real and in changing you thinking about the fear you will change the way you look at the fear. You can remove it and take control of your life and of the fear.
