Liz and Bill -- I like the idea that home buyers at Catalpa Ridge can customize their home utilizing the Robert Lucke Homes architect.  This avoids the "cookie cutter" syndrome you describe that makes some homebuyers shy away from the world of developments.  Nicely written and very informative report.

Michael, They've got such a selection of floor plans that it's tough to think they couldn't match up with one and then tailor it to the buyer's needs.  Every single home in the community does look different from the rest.  Next door is a cookie cutter community, driving down the back of it was Same, Same Same, Model B, Same, Model B, Model B......
