Our short sale inventory is really waning...foreclosures are also in great demand in most areas. I keep wondering if the banks are going to be slowly introducing more foreclosed homes in the market soon...a steady - slow trickle would be nice. ;)

Debb...So many areas are still struggling.  It could be much worse here...very thankful we do not have too many.

Hello Anita,

Our distressed sale property inventory is at an all time low, which is driving our home prices back up...good news for those selling their homes!

Hi Anita - still some great values in your area. Socal foreclosure and short sale inventory is way down - still lots of shadow inventory though. All the best, Dave

That is fantastic news Lisa!

Good to hear your market is rebounding as well David.  I like hearing about RE in other areas.
