This week has come to an end! Are you ready to face a new week? As you prepare for the new opportunities and challenges of the coming week, take a few moments to reflect on this past week:

What has gone well? Give thanks!
What regrets do you have? Did you make any mistakes?
Decide how to make amends. Develop your plan and decide what action you need to take to resolve the regrets and mistakes.
Ask for forgiveness.
Develop your action plan for this coming week.

These few moments of reflection usually help me to start off a new week with renewed energy and vision. Give it a try.
