DiMucci Twin Towers in Daytona Beach Shores

We sold a unit in Twin Towers about a year ago. At that time the developer was offering a few remaining 2 bedr/ 2 baths direct oceanfront condos, and the one we closed upon went for $252K with some upgrades that the developer has agreed to. Excellent price.

Twin Towers in Daytona Beaxh ShoresI was saying that the minute the developer sells out those units, the prices for 2 bdr units would go up. And boy, did they really go up in price. Today the least expensive for sale is $399,000. I still remember how customers smiled at me when I was saying that.

Look at the list of available units and also at 3 units sold in Twin Towers since January 2011. This statistical information is based on MLS. And if you try to research, these would be the numbers.

So that you know, these numbers are showing only what is reflected on MLS, and a bunch of units were sold by the developer and they are not in MLS.

As I said, developer has sold all 2 bdr/2 baths units, but still has a few three-bedroom units for sale, and, as you sure understand, they are not in this list. You can still get an excellently priced 3 bdr/3 baths unit in Twin Towers.

Or you can wait till the developer sell out his units and the prices will go up. ;-)

If you decided not to wait for another year and quite probably pay more, call me 386-405-4408. You will like the deal you can get.
