We were chatting the other day in our office about the difference between Top Producing agents and those that after a year or two are floundering. Here are a few of our thoughts about what they do .
Successful Agents:
- Have a system. From the get -go in beginning their real estate career they treat selling just like an hourly job....every minute counts, they are always busy.
- They network continually by using systems, and reaching out to touch others in a personal meaningful way. They market themselves on paper but more so in person.
- They get involved in their community, their company, and their professional associations.
- They ask a lot of questions and tend to ignore preconceived notions about how to do well in real estate.
- They look at success and without giving up their individuality and creativity, do what has already been proven to work.
- They complain very little.
- They compliment a lot.
- They help others.
