Artistic Open House in Jamul California

I am doing something that I think s very innovative, I am using art to show my luxury listing. I have a listing that is 5600 square feet and in 1.7M. To show it and drive traffic to my open house I am staging it with fine art. A recent client of mine has an uncle who is a fine arts dealer and is helping me with some of the art. Then I feature a different local artist each event. I am having a chef do food and wine to add a little more class. I printed a nice tri fold brochure to hand out and have been inviting everyone I know. I am contacting all of the producing agents from that area using the MLS for contact numbers. I would like as much traffic as I possibly can get so if know of anyone or would like to attend this event the address is 14895 Highland heights Rd. Great idea!

What you are doing is"lifestyle" marketing by blending the art, wine and gallery atmosphere to market to people who would want to see themselves as living that lifestyle and hopefully in that home! Really great idea!

We have discussed this, now that I read it I have a fresh idea for you - have a photographorer present. Have digital pictures available for your guests and then use them for future "lifestyle" marketing. Make sure to get a signed release from everyone.

Thanks guys I really like the term selling a lifestyle. When I imagine having the big house on the hill I always imagine the lifestyle that goes with it. I think taking pictures that they can see on the net is a great idea it lets them see themselves in that lifestyle from the outside looking in.

I have been I know that what you focus on expands and becomes reality. I also call sell something much better if I have personally expierienced it and visuallizing it I can get the feeling of having it now and sell that feeling.
