Forest Hills, Pottsvillle, PA Homes for Sale

Forest Hills is a suburb of Pottsville, on the hill just southwest of Pottsville Pizzeria and Adelphia Seafood (Mount Carbon).

The area consists of single family homes, mostly small ranch homes and bilevels, most of which were built in the 1970s – 1990s.

The southwestern part of the hill is called Forest Hills West, a small, newer part of the suburb, and consists of larger mostly two-story homes on larger lots.

The area is in two jurisdictions: most of the lots are in the City of Pottsville, but a few are in North Manheim Township and officially part of the Blue Mountain School District.

There are only a few lots left to build here, but if you are interested we have a few lots starting at $25,000 each. You can choose your own builder.
