Condos for sale in Brookline Village - 93 Walnut Street

Over the weekend, I stopped by a condo for sale in Brookline Village, right near the intersection of route 9 and Sashington Street. The location has a very good walk score of 71. Since it's very close to Brookline Village, but not on a commercial street, I think it's one of the best located condos for sale in Brookline Village.

Here is how the seller has described the home:

Top floor condominium in Brookline Village/Pill Hill area. Over 1,000 square feet two bedroom, one bathroom condo with dining room and exclusive roof rights in great three family building. Steps to Brookline Village with shopping, restaurants and MBTA stop. Adjacent Pill Hill and beautiful Emerald necklace area, great for walking, running, and biking.
