12 Comments on Auction at Shaw-Mi-Del-Eca Subdivision for 8 Greenbrier River Lots, Caldwell WV
Rebecca- wow... I'd love a riverfront lot! I'd have a covered dock, a fishing pole, chair and wi-fi hooked up. I'd be all set.
Ha, Kathy... that sounds soooo great!
Rebecca: I'm onboard with Kathy's plan! There will be some lucky buyers...waterfront property is always a premium.
Shaw-Mi-Del-Eca looks like a good location for a retirement home but I wonder if the name of the community should be changed for marketing purposes.
Anita, I agree.
Roy, I'm not sure if they've ever thought of changing the name?? I will have to ask!
Eight Greenbrier River Front Lots in gated community of Shaw-Mi-Del-Eca will be auctioned on Wednesday, July 25, 2012 at 5:00 PM
You don't have a clue how tempting this sounds! We would love to have a River Front lot and home! Sounds like a dream come true. Maybe when we retire. We do get to retire on day don't we :)
John, I've retired once from the Federal Govt, after 35 years....so I don't think I will retire completely...well one day perhaps :)
Rebecca, They sound like really diserable lots to build a home on. Nice history behind the development as well!
Howdy and afternoon Rebecca
