There are currently 216 active listings, 140 pending sales, and 61 sales in the Briargate area of Academy School District 20 for the month of June. Briargate includes the popular District 20 neighborhoods of Pine Creek, Cordera, and Wolf Ranch. The pending ratio is high at 39%. The pending ratio represents the supply and demand of the market. The higher the ratio, the greater the demand. A low ratio indicates more supply than demand.

The average sales price to list price ratio is a healthy 99.2%, indicating that sellers are not having to negotiate much on their sales price resulting in many competing offers.
