I was wondering if agents would share there ideas of a good Customer appreciation event.

Here are my TOP 5 Customer appreciation events...

5. BBQ at my house.

4. Rent out a Movie Theater (Actually a lot cheaper than you might think!)

3. Hand out PIES at Thanksgiving (the clients should come to the office and pick them up)

2. Take them all to a Ball Game

and my NUMBER 1 MOST EFFECTIVE CUSTOMER APPRECIATION EVENT>>>>>

1. A simple hand-written thank you note.

The BBQ and picnic have always worked for us. Most people bring family and friends to these and of course the referrals are always wanted. Get them to RSVP with the number of guest that tells them to bring a friend.
