Progression Place

Development surrounding 9th Street is burgeoning. Progression Place is a mixed use development at 1805 7th NW (7th and S), adjacent to the Shaw-Howard U Metro station. The project will feature 205 apartments at 7th Flats, 19,000 SF of retail (Shops at Progression Place) and 47,000 net rentable SF of office space at The Offices at Progression Place. The United Negro College Fund is relocating their offices from Fairfax to PP.  UNCF paid $23.87 million for a 50,000-square-foot condo at the development according the WBJ, who also reported the project's intended sale in January. It is expected to sell for more than $130M.
