Our Forefathers did it, why can't you? Persistence in the face of defeat against, at that time, the Greatest Army on the face of the Earth; and yet Independence was gained. It was a long, hard, and painful fight, but they won.
So what makes them different from you? All odds were against them, the only thing we as real estate agents face is crappy statistics, false media, and uncertain customers / clients that are listening to the “bad” news. Imagine what would have happened if many would have stared down that long dark tunnel in 1776, and 
turned away not to travel in the dark seeking the light of independence.
Considering I live and work in the City of Philadelphia, and let me state I love the real estate with it's many variations, Philadelphia is the birthplace of Independence, and is the birthplace of at that time, some pretty radical ideas. So, why not be a little radical with the real estate market and be different, persistent, and keep traveling down that dark tunnel in search for the light of financial independence?
Do you realize how radical warfare changed with the fight for independence for the United States? Guerrilla warfare was used by the Militia against the British Army, a disciplined entity with a powerful arsenal of weapons, troops, Calvary, Navy, and a Leadership structure that was the might of the World; and yet Independence was gained.
Take a look around you and notice the changes taking place, the tools, and allies at your disposal, to gain Independence. Take a look at the determination it took in 1776, against all odds, and now take a look inside yourself and ask, “Our Forefathers did it, why can't I?” To your success.....and Happy Independence Day!!!
