Another fabulous list. We LOVE to give tenant's all of their money back as then we don't have a to-do list AND we are ready for the next occupant. Life is good.

I want to give back all of my tenants' deposits EVERYTIME * unfortunately, there are residents who do not read their lease, do not read the 19 page resident handbook I provide and they do not read the move-out cleaning check list that I provide a SECOND time in my move out letter...
