Spent the afternoon restructuring a Flagstaff home sale that's set to close next week in order to please the underwriters. Saved my client $60.10. What are these lenders thinking?

Economic news was a bit more cheerful today than yesterday with the Factory Orders report up more than expected. Of course, it's all building for that big monthly jobs report due Friday.

Meanwhile, here's what happened today in Northern Arizona real estate:
