This is my entry into Active Rain's contest on spending $500 on your marketing budget. I am not an agent or in real estate in a direct way. My company finds money for people that had real estate.

This is what I intend to do:
I have checked out numerous CRM's that are semi-customizable and haven't found anything that can really come close to what I need for my business, but have heard about a new system being developed which will do what is needed to help run my type of business, which is Asset Recovery.
Cost: $79 per month
Phone system to run business, which runs my office and can be worked through my computer of smart phone
Cost: $59 per month
Better Business Bureau designation
Cost: $30 per month
Mailing out of letters and postcards
Cost: $125 per month
There are other costs, however, they are not marketing.
I would like to look into spending the balance of the monthly $500 budget on a Virtual Assistant so that I may get my business to the next level.
