South Kingstown’s Average Home Sale Price in June 2012 was $318,337. This month the average South Kingstown Rhode Island real estate home sold on average for 95% of list price and was on the real estate market for 122 days on average.  This was an overall increase on all three points over the prior month.  The number of sold homes has increased by 4 homes this month.

There were 288 South Kingstown homes for sale in June 2012 which was a 1% decrease in home inventory over the prior month.  

South Kingstown continues to have a good supply of homes for sale yet the waterfront South Kingstown homes for sale are selling slowly. No waterfront South Kingstown homes sold in June.
