Dorie, this is a great way to shake up the real estate market reports a bit...food for thought...and you are right that even in my neighborhoods it is the smaller and lower priced homes selling...good share for Canyon Creek.

The facts are the facts! The smaller homes are flying off the market. Unless the larger homes are backing to greenbelts or have many upgrades and priced well the buyers are holding out for that "perfect" larger home:).
