Hightower in Meridian, Idaho- 4 new home sold, average sales price $153,000.

Hunters Creek in Star, Idaho- 4 new home sold, average sales price $168,435.

Paramount in Meridian, Idaho- 4 new home sold, average sales price $283,324.

Silverleaf in Meridian, Idaho- 4 new home sold, average sales price $165,665.
