Home Stagers - Realtors - And The 4 Letter Word.

Face it, we hear alot of 4 letter words in our business.  Home Stagers have a big part in that  - in a good way.  Let me explain.

The call is placed to the Realtor.  "I was looking online and found a couple of properties that look really interesting.  I love the master bedroom slider onto the patio/pool area in this one shot.  And OMG the kitchen in this other listing is amazing.  I have to see these.  Can you SHOW them to us?"

Both these properties have been staged and therefore the online photos are appealing and attractive. 

Enter the first 4 letter word - SHOW!

You and your clients look at these properties and a few others.  As staged properties always show better, you'll probably prefer showing those to your clients.  You can tell by the listing photos.  It helps the process move along more quickly.

"Honey, I LOVE the view overlooking Scottsdale out this beautiful master bedroom.  I LOVE the luxurious feel of this room."          " Don't you just LOVE the poolside Family Room.  What a great space for the kids to spend time with their friends!"

This property has been professionally staged and buyers are loving it.

Enter the second 4 letter word - LOVE!

Now you're taking your cllients to view a couple other properties that you think they'll like.  Listen closely to their reactions.

"I love this!  Now this just feels like HOME to me."  "I can see us living here.  This feels like HOME."
