A Good Team - AR, Google & Me
I know this just hit the blogosphere but the results Steve obtained in such a short time frame are, IMHO, phenomenal! Good work Steve, you are making the system work for you, CONGRATS and thanks for sharing.
Over the past few days, I have posted about my AR blogs helping me to get to a top position on page one of Google for various facets of "new home sales training."
To quickly recap, in case you're just joining the story, on Monday (7/2) I did a Google search without logging in for the search term "sales training for onsite new home salespeople." Out of some 4½ million result for this search, I came in at #4 (from my Linked In profile) and #5 (from my website page for outside blogs like AR) on page one!
The, I decided to vary the search and looked for "onsite new home sales training." It returned roughly 5½ million results, and the post I had done from 14 minutes earlier on AR already indexed and positioned at #6! Within a few hours, it had jumped to #3!
On Tuesday, 7/3, I again searched for "sales training for onsite new home salespeople." The #4 and #5 positions I had on Monday were still there, but this time I also had the #1 position from my AR post the day before!
Then, yesterday, 74 (notice the special July 4th logo on "Goggle" in the upper left corner of the screen capture), with a much smaller return of just under 200,000 results for "sales training for onsite new home salespeople," my AR blogs occupied the first 4 positions on the page! The first one is my outside blogs page on my website where my AR blog is featured along with others. The 2, 3, and 4 slots all have the AR links. I also came in at #8 on page one.
A nice little odyssey that shows the power of a strong online presence, consistent blogging on AR, and Google juice!
