Lakes at Northpointe is a small community with just over 200 homes and is in the Tomball Independent School District. It is located in Cypress, TX off of Spring Cypress, between Hwy 249 and Grant Rd. It touches other subdivisions with Tomball addresses as well as Cypress addresses.
The Real Estate Market: Homes in the Lakes at Northpointe are mostly in the $150,000 to $250,000 range and 2,000 sq. ft. to 4,000 sq. ft. Homes were built in 2005 to present and are 3-, 4- or 5-bedroom brick. Click here for 2017 Market Report for Lakes at Northpointe.
Subdivision Amenities include a clubhouse, two swimming pools, a beautiful lake with trails around it, tennis courts and more.
There's also a playground for the little ones.
Schools: Students who live in the Lakes at Northpoint attend top-rated Tomball ISD schools. There are several colleges nearby as well, including Loan Star College Tomball which is about 10 to 15 minutes away.
Shopping: The Lakes at Northpointe is only minutes from several grocery stores, banks, restaurants, department stores, hardware stores, etc. Willowbrook Mall and The Woodlands Mall are both nearby. There is a Target closeby on Hwy 249 and the Lakes at Northpointe is situated between two nearby Wal-Marts. You'll also want to visit Old Town Tomball when you get a chance (lots of antique shops and shops you don't find at the malls and department stores).
Dining: There are plenty of great restaurants closeby, including almost all of the franchises as well as many wonderful local and/or family-owned restaurants in Cypress, Tomball and Northwest Houston.
