Addison Place Single Family Homes.
The 175 Addison Place single family homes in Addison, Texas are located just north and east of Addison airport at the intersection of Westgrove Road and Sojurn. This area is south of Trinity Mills and west of Addison Road, within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. 
The following streets are in the subdivision (west to east):
- Westgrove (17 homes)
- Knots Landing (37 homes)
- Planters Row (33 homes)
- Upper Bay (33 homes)
- Vinland (36 homes)
- Windward (18 homes)
(Note that with the exception of Westgrove, they are in alphabetical order.)
Southfork Drive runs through the middle of the subdivision dividing Addison Place into north and south, but there are no homes with an address on Southfork.
You cannot drive to the front of the homes. The front doors are accessible by parking (on Southfork or Sojourn or along the north end of the development) and using the sidewalks that run between the facing homes. The alleys ARE the streets and all homes have rear entry garages. Homes whose front doors face each other are on different streets. It is a bit confusing the first time you try to find a particular home in Addison Place, but the street names are painted on the curbs along Southfork to help you.
Based on Dallas County Central Appraisal District records for 2012, assessed values for Addison Place single family homes range from a low of $125,000 to a high of $229,000. All but 2 of the homes are two or three bedroom 2-story homes and are between 1,288 and 2,924 square feet. The other two homes are single-story 1 bedroom homes, 1018 square feet. These zero lot garden homes were built between 1982 and 2001 and all are in a property owners association. The HOA dues, currently $90/month, cover maintenance of the front yards and grounds, use of the facilities (see below), and the sprinkler system.
The homes of Addison Place share a pool and club house. All Addison residents can also join the Addison Athletic Club for a one-time $10 fee for as long as they live in Addison.
