OK Lucky  you got me again.  I was reminded this morning on the other listing and had to run out ~ but all I could think of was that I didn't check my other listings to make sure I had put the list price on them too.  Thanks for the heads up.  $98,000.  I don't have the interior pictures yet.  Seller is in the process of moving and I didn't want to share her boxes with anyone!  Moving soon on an update.

Liz ~ glad to meet you.  I have family in Houston.  I forget the area in which they live but its off Monacco Rd.  And some in Garden City which is near Acres Homes, I believe.  I also had some in Sugarland somewhere.
