OK....so this is going to be short and sweet.  First, I'm not a realtor so I, for one, did not partake in the survey of the 2,000 realtors.  In any event, my $500 that I spend comes to me as a result from what I did with my realtor partner.  There are the two most important things for $500 per month:

1)  Client Appreciation Parties - Seriously...I don't need to do it each month, but I will tell you that a quarterly event is huge.  That's $1,500 per quarter.  Mouths and face to face meetings are the best way to grow your business and e-mail is so impersonal.  In any event.....By far...#1 is the Client Appreciation Parties.

2)  Pop Byes - My favorite is to drop by someone's house for 30 seconds just to drop off a loaf of bread or something fun and non-intimidating for me to just brighten someone else's day.

Both seem so small that they may be irrelevant, but I have always written that "Oral Rules."  You need to verbally get in front of your clientele and nothing does it better than that Client Appreciation Parties as well as the Pop Byes.

I'm liking your way of thinking. Can I be one of the clients you appreciate and then deliver food to? I'd certainly be a loyal client to THAT!

I love these ideas because the face to face interaction will last you a long time.  These are memorable moments.

yes! Actual non electronic, human contact rules! Most business comes from referrals not Internet...even though we do both to cover the bases. Good advice Larry.
