In June 2012, 85 homes were sold in Lutz , located in Pasco and Hillsborough county, with a median sales price of $227,000. This compares with 61 homes sold during the same period last year which translates into a 39% increase in the number of Lutz homes closed and a 20% increase in median sales price (from $189,900 to $227,000).
