Mrs. buyer brings her 4 children and 2 friends of her children to their showing. Mrs. Buyer Agent is holding the baby as I am walking Mrs. Buyer through the home. Mrs. Buyer Agent is supposed to be watching the other 5 kids as per Mrs. Buyer. When we come back from upstairs there is no kids. "Where are the kids?" asks Mrs. Buyer when Mrs/ Buyer Agent replies they wanted to see downstairs.
We hurry downstairs to see an open sliding door. I seem more frantic than mrs. Buyer as I see some kids over in the neighbors yard on the swing set and 2 more trying to climb the pool ladder. All kids were rounded up safely.
There is heated opinions if children should be brought on showings. I always say it depends on their age and behavior as well as the fact if they will be supervised. They should not be allowed to run wild. Please do not bring your children if you can not watch them while viewing properties. My heart can not take it....
Mrs. Buyer it seems was previewing homes to bring Mr. Buyer to choose from her 2 favorites. My fault is with Mrs. Buyer Agent who needs to assert some responsibility. This home was vacant, but if it had not been, what could the kids have gotten into or broken?
