 Elkins Lake is one of Huntsville’s most prestigious subdivisions.  Elkins Lake features three 9 hole golf courses; The Hills, The Lakes and The Ravines,  a driving range, pro shop, lighted tennis courts, and a full service country club.

As of this morning, July 6, 2012, there are 45 homes actively listed FOR SALE in Elkins Lake.  The prices range from $89,000 to $499,900.


So far, in 2012, there have been 35 homes that have sold in Elkins Lake.  The average days on market is 149 with the seller receiving 95% of their asking price (at the time of the contract).
