Bradford Hills Spring 2012 Sales Report
Bradford Hills, in the Nipper's Corner area of South Nashville is really seeing a comeback in the Real Estate market! The number of homes sold in the first half of 2012 is up over 70% compared to the number of sales in the same period of 2011.
It appears that Buyers are really seeing the value of home ownership and the popularity of this well located neighborhood.

The Bradford Hills home prices appear to be down from this chart but in fact when one looks at the Price per Square Foot ($/sqft) the numbers are up 8% compared with last year when the average was $87/sqft. The price in the first half of 2012 averaged $94/sqft!
The homeowners in Bradford Hills have to be happy about that. The Tennessean recently reported that home sales in Middle Tennessee had increased by 26% in the second quarter of 2012 with prices inching up 3%.
The Bradford Hills numbers are a little ahead of those. There are currently 14 homes on the market listed as Active, 2 of which have inspection contingencies. There are 2 pending sales which together shows that an average of 2 homes are selling each month.
