According to our local statistics, Branson single family homes sales for the second quarter of 2012 was 67 single family, built-on-site homes with the highest priced one selling for $500,000 and the lowest priced one selling for $22,000.  That is a great jump in home sales for the Branson area.  The medium price was 134,000 and that is another sign the market has bottomed out for single family home sales.  Branson home sellers will be glad to know that only 26 were distress sales so that is a much lower influence on the market than before.  Condos sold totalled 22 units and only 6 were distress sales which is good news for the Branson Real Estate Market too.

The numbers above include homes and condos of all types.  All in all it looks as if the bottoming may be about over and we are looking toward a recovering real estate market real soon.
