Arthur Ashe. truly a great player and an even greater man. 

Tragic that he succumbed at an early age. 

When I was a kid, I met him. Will never forget him. 

As an amateur, players stayed at the private homes of people. Arthur Ashe stayed at one of my friends homes. 

He had much to offer the world beyond simply tennis.
