Arizona Traditionsis a Active Adult Community located in Surprise AZ. It is a gated comuntiy with it's own security force as well as all the facilities that active adults are searching for!. Arizona Traditions offers TWO Recreation centers  with one having its own Sports bar, with multiple TV's, pool and shuffleboard tables, library and computer center.

There are two exercise centers, the larger of which has a full circuit layout, free weights and a professional trainer on staff to help you set up your programmed workout. It also has his and her lockers room each with its own steam-room.

There are 3 pools located within the complex, one is a lap pool that is open to children at specific times during the day. The other 2 pools are for adults only and are there for peace and relaxation. Hot tubs are included in the pool experience.
