My Aussie Only Looks Like The Contest Judge!

Two words-- "winner" and "free" always get our attention.  Including them in our contest marketing is always popular so I hereby announce the start of our 1Q 2007 Real Estate Bloggers Printing Bonanza.  Here goes:  "ENTER NOW AND YOU COULD BE A WINNER OF FREE MARKETING MATERIALS YOU NEED" 

"Johnny, tell them what they could win!"

For every 15 entries submitted by ActiveRain members here, we'll award a $300 printing job for FREE to a WINNER.  What can you print?  Anything we produce on our website is eligible (though postcards, flyers, business cards, and newsletters are the most popular with the real estate industry).

"Johnny, tell them how to enter!"

Simply post a graphic of your favorite printed real estate, mortgage, or related industry marketing piece-- both sides-- and send me a copy of the print-ready artwork that you used to produce it.  Then explain to all ActiveRainers what it was about the piece that made it so successful, so enjoyable, so unique, or so otherwise special to become your favorite.  Answer for us the "why" question as well as the "who, what, where, and when" particulars to the piece. 

If our panel of highly underpaid judges agrees with your assessment of good marketing, we'll announce the winners in early February and grant each winner a free $300 of printwork.  If you'd like to be considered as a "highly underpaid judge" add me as an associate and send me a statement of your qualifications for consideration (Note: All bragging about your qualifications could and should become the subject of a future blog post).    

Final points:  The judges decisions are final, you do not need to use your free printing 'winnings' to produce the piece you submitted, submitted artwork will not be returned (and may end up as a sample of 'good' design to help other folks learn), have fun with this but be instructional, and lastly notice how closely the left side judge resembles my most recent NorCal Aussie adoptee "Chip" (shown below).
