This month saw 6 homes sold in Wood Ridge compared with 11 sold in May,  and is down from 7 sold in June last year. Spring Home Sales are in full swing right now in Bergen County, and mortgage rates continue to hover under 4% for 30 yr fixed rates.

This coupled with lower home prices makes it a great time to buy !
