The 1 st one sounds like a steal! I hope all is well with you Bob and I took off for anniversary we went to Washington and then NYC we had a blast! I hope you are having a great weekend!

It is one of those 3 story condos with garage underneath being 1st story. There are SFR in this area about 1,800 sf and built by a great builder for around $350,000 which are very good buys.
