All real estate professionals.  I wanted to pass on the information about a caravan and networking meeting every Friday in Rancho Cucamonga.  You can submit your properties for a virtual tour via Power Point on a very large screen, or you can submit properties for the physical drive where everyone goes from house to house to see the properties.

Even if you don't currently have a property for sale, it's a great way to see potential homes for clients and to network with other seriousreal estate professionals.  There is also usually a guest speaker with valuable real estate industry info.

Check out the website for more information at West End Real Estate Professionals, everyone's welcome.

5 Comments on Virtual and Physical Caravan in Rancho Cucamonga, CA

That's a neat idea.  Our office caravans nearly every week.  While the "virtual" caravan is a nice idea, there is nothing that can take the place of actually being there - too often agent photos are VERY underwhelming and do not show the home's true potential.  I am often amazed when I get to houses that I've seen online (sometimes amazed is good, sometimes not so good.  lol)

Karen, I agree that seeing the property in person is always the best.

Anthony, I believe they also include some of Upland, but you'd have to email Ryan Orr to find out for sure.  I hope you check out the post in the Inland Empire Networking Info group that lists all the local caravans.  I also attend one in Rialto that covers Fontana and Rialto, it every Thursday at the El Rancho Country Club at 9:00 AM.
