How many of you do your listing presentation on a iPad? Raise your hand!

I thought everyone knew about this but I am finding that more and more do not know about it....
Keynote Remote
I have got a lot of shock and awe out of this and want to share with you!

I do my listing presentations on my iPad using Keynote, that would be the equal to the windows version of powerpoint.  If you also have a iPhone or an iPod touch you can download a app called Keynote Remote.... I hand the iPad to my clients or sit it on the table in front of them. I view the slides on my iPhone while they are looing at the iPad, when it is time to go to next slide I swipe the screen on my iPhone, gets them every time!

Went to a listing appointment the other day and knew they were interviewing other agents, but they signed with me before I left!! I said to the husband later I had you the moment I changed the page remotely on the iPad....LOL!

So go ahead give it a try, you will have great fun with it!!

I too use Keynote for listing presentations. I have a video of one of my listings loaded as a slide inside keynote. When I play it the listing is mine and there is no need for the Internet or You Tube! Thanks for the remote tip.

Melissa, I was months away from buying an iPad.  Now, I am just days away.  I played with one the other day, and they are great tools.

Melissa - I have a slide show set up on my ipad to show before & after photos of my stagings to clients.  Swiping to the next page with my iphone?  Now that would be a cool trick!

Great idea Melissa.  I love technology.  My iPhone is on its way this week.  Next up is the iPad.

I hope there's an AR University class on syncing both for presentations.  Valuable tools for the staging trade.

Melissa, this is one of the things on top of my to-do list. Email your listing presentation to me, if you don't mind. I'd love to see it!

I have just started using the iPad for listing presentations, but it works great.  In order to use the remote, though, the phone and the iPad have to be on the same wireless connection -- which means getting the login information from the seller and setting up both devices on that network.  It seems easier to just to flip the slides with my finger than go through all that.

It is a great tool...I even used it to preview a house for an out of town buyer and sent them the video's.

I've been on the fence about changing from Blackberry to an Iphone before making a tablet purchase.  I want them to be compatible.  You've made me wobble on the fence to the Apple side.

Just not a big fan of the Iphone touch screen.  Like the tactile feel of the blackberry keys.  How do I get over this???

Thanks for the tip.  Got here via Kathy Streib's weekly featured posts.

I've had very good experiences working with the iPad for my listing presentation. I have everything preloaded onto my device, meet with my client, then send the entire presentation to them via e-mail once we are finished for thier reference.  It is paperless with a solid impression of me, plus an item to take away for the seller(s).
